I have studied Tarot to Advanced level at The College of Psychic Studies, London, as a student of Avril Price and done many tarot studies and practices since I began to be interested in archetypes as a healing tool in 2018. I am happy to share my learning.
About Tarot
Tarot describes a deck of 78 cards, each with its own imagery, symbolism, spirit and story. Tarot is over 500 years old, with archetypal roots that go back almost 2,000 years. Character archetypes depicted in the cards reflect representations of what it is to be human, and have been present in stories for as long as there have been storytellers. Tarot has become a repository of ancient wisdom.
No tarot card is inherently good nor bad. Each card describes a common life experience or quality (sometimes unpleasant but always enlightening) for us to contemplate.

I'm not a fortune teller. The querent participates in the interpretation with their realisations, as scenarios unfold between the cards. Placing cards around questions creates a narrative that can serve as a therapeutic guide, unlocking innate wisdom and potential. Tarot readings can help us find solutions, new perspectives, and offer advice. Tarot is an effective tool to cultivate well-being.
The intention with a reading is to explore selected Tarot deck characters and energies depicted in the cards, and the reading-table as 'Sacred Space', in service to you; a place to resolve inner conflict and look at life via the lens of symbols and metaphor.

Tarot Workshops
I offer Intuitive Collage workshops, themed around the the creation of your own Tarot and Jungian Archetypes, as a technique to explore identity and the subconscious.
Creating intuitive collage is a tool for self-discovery which taps deep into your self-expressive voice. There is effective power and freedom in exploring what you chose and how you construct an image.

No artistic skill is required, but some dexterity with scissors needed. It is an opportunity to play and explore, just using magazines, papers, scissors and glue. Material provided if in person, or bring your own via zoom.

In this facilitated workshop, (duration, 1-3 hours) after an introduction, we will make an un-guided intuitive collage, just going with the flow, assembling whatever images jump out at you. Then, during a break, we will discuss tarot archetypes, then make a second collage. We can address themes; work one-to-one, or in a small group. The talking and thinking after the cutting, gluing and sticking, is when the magic happens.
